Hannah Becker, MBA, MSIT
Hannah Becker is the Vice President at Becker Digital, a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business that provides government agencies strategic consulting, program support, and training services. Hannah’s expertise includes cyber strategy, digital transformation, and developing customized solutions to complex technology-related challenges. Her “cyber-meets-cognitive” approach to combatting emerging cyber threats has supported numerous mission-driven organizations in achieving objectives of continued service. Notable pioneering projects include successfully combatting cyber sexual harassment, online misconduct mitigation, and the development of a digital literacy program that cultivates multi-domain resilience.
Hannah currently serves on the Armed Forces Communications and Electronic (AFCEA) Cyber Committee, where she conducts research on the impacts of mis/disinformation, cyber education curriculum, and digital transformation initiatives in the public and private sectors. Additionally, Hannah is an adjunct faculty member of Cyberwarfare at Norwich University and a Non-Resident Fellow at Joint Special Operations University. She previously taught computer science, entrepreneurship, and management at multiple colleges and universities across the country. Hannah’s diversified professional experiences in business, government, and technology provide extensive “real-world” insights for students in her engaging academic courses.
Drawing on her lived experiences as a military spouse, Hannah prioritizes support of military spouse career initiatives, accessible employment opportunities for disabled veterans, and the delivery of effective programs for modern military families. As an Advisory Board Member at the Military Family Advisory Network, Hannah advocated for the needs of post-9/11 military families, including sourcing effective solutions to food insecurity and housing-related challenges. Additionally, Hannah worked to increase legislative support for the repeal of Widow’s Tax and the passage of the Major Richard Star Act as an Outreach Ambassador for the Military Officers Association of America.
Her educational background includes a bachelor's degree from Mississippi State University, a Graduate Certificate in Nonprofit Leadership from American Public University, a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA), and a Master of Science in Information Technology (MSIT) from Florida Institute of Technology. In addition, she has multiple certifications in cybersecurity, digital marketing, and website design.
