Virtual Event Support Team Member (Part-time/Remote)
Becker Digital - a veteran-owned small business - is looking for a Virtual Event Support Team Member for several upcoming, multi-day training events. Experience supporting virtual events in Micorosft Teams is required.
Responsibilities include:
setting up virtual events,
managing attendees (maximum: 30 per session),
coordinating and implementing attendee engagement plan (breakout rooms, chat discussion, interactive polls, etc.)
Provide basic technology support as needed to participants during the training engagement
Working with training lead to ensure the highest quality of attendee experience
Scope of work:
Manage one, four consecutive day virtual event (recurring monthly)
Participate in pre-training rehearsals as needed
Total days needed per month: 5-8
Compensation:
Negotiable rates based on experience and qualifications.
Location:
All work can be performed remotely but must be conducted from a U.S. location.
Requirements:
Experience supporting virtual events in Micorosft TEAMS
Must be located in the United States to satisfy the location requirements of this contract
Excellent organization, management, and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience supporting public sector (government/nonprofit) programs
Demonstrated commitment to supporting the military/veteran community
