Organizational Trainer

Becker Digital is currently hiring an Organizational Trainer (1099) to support customized training delivery to public sector audiences. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience working with federal government agencies and possess subject matter expertise in one or more of the following areas: communications, human resources, management, organizational behavior, psychology/mental health, recruiting, technology, and related topics. 

Position responsibilities include:

  • Leading engaging, informative, and interactive training engagements for public sector audiences

  • Presenting on areas of subject matter expertise either in-person or virtually. 

  • Support participant learning through thought-provoking discussion, skilled answering of participant questions, and case analysis. 

  • Assessing the effectiveness of training programs through feedback mechanisms and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Contributing to the development of new training courses, ensuring alignment with emerging trends, and addressing the evolving landscape of federal practices and regulations.

  • Upholding the highest standards of professionalism and ethical conduct in all interactions with clients and team members.

Compensation:

Negotiable rates based on experience and qualifications.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of a bachelor’s degree.

  • Demonstrated experience supporting the public sector.

  • Proficiency in developing and/or delivering training courses. 

  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members.

  • Must be located in the United States to comply with the location requirements of contracts.

  • Professional expertise in one of more of the following topics: communications, human resources, management, organizational behavior, psychology/mental health, recruiting, technology, and related topics. 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A graduate-level degree in communication, human resources, management, or a related field.

  • Experience presenting in-person and virtually to public sector audiences or varying sizes.
